Bamboo Removal & Brush Haul Off
Project Overview
A large oak had come down near the home and outbuildings on this Fredericksburg property, taking out a section of fence. Bamboo had also crept in along the edges. The owner wanted the whole area cleaned up, safe, and looking like a maintained Hill Country property again.
Scope of Work
- Sectioned and removed the fallen oak
- Hauled off all debris from the property
- Removed bamboo from affected areas
- Cleaned up around damaged fencing and structures
- Trimmed and pruned surrounding trees
Terrain & Site Conditions
Rolling Hill Country residential lot with light rock and typical Fredericksburg-area soils. Tight work around the home, outbuildings, and fence lines.
Challenges & Considerations
Working a fallen oak that close to a house takes care — a bad cut turns a fence problem into a structure problem. We sectioned the tree down piece by piece, kept equipment clear of what was still standing, and hauled the material out clean.
Result
Fallen oak is gone, bamboo is removed, the area around the structures is safe and walkable again, and the property looks like a place that's being looked after.
